IMPORTANT 1: Low Spring Resistance – StepIt was designed to increase the blood circulation in the lower leg, it was not designed to increase the muscle mass. By purpose, the Pedal has a low resistance metal spring which also makes it possible for people with restricted or low muscle strength in their legs to use it. The resistance has no impact on the blood circulation, it is the simulated walking motion that will drive the blood towards the heart.

IMPORTANT 2: Regardless your shoe size, the pedal comes in one size and will fit, with or without shoes on. For the best result, we do recommend that the pedal will be used frequently (several times a day) and at least 8-10 minutes each time.
