Booty Building Explained – 8 Week Guide

This ebook comes with leg toning and glute building video demonstrations for each exercise that’s scheduled in the 8-week training program. In the videos you can see how to properly put the BFR velcro bands on, how to foam roll, and most importantly how to perform each exercise.
